History of Assaluye Petrochemical Green Tanks Company
At the end of 2013 and according to the strategic plans compiled by the National Petrochemical Industries Company, the implementation of this project in order to create added value with the aim of storing materials and products produced in Assaluye phase 2 petrochemical complexes and transporting them through export pipelines under contract number 1-63871/17 page dated 18/10/1391 was handed over to Shastan Commercial Investment Company by National Petrochemical Industries Company.
In this regard and in order to speed up the construction and operation of pipelines for the transfer of petrochemical products to the export port of Pars, the design, procurement and implementation of the said export pipelines from the site of Assaluye Petrochemical Tanks Company to Pars Petrochemical Port according to the agreement dated 29/06/1395 was assigned to Shastan Commercial Investment Company by National Petrochemical Industries Company.
The storage and export of more than 1,200,000 cubic meters of all kinds of petrochemical products produced in 15 complexes of the second phase of Assaluye petrochemicals is planned exclusively at the site of the centralized export tanks of the second phase of Assaluye.
Phase one related to the storage of Glycol, LPG and Methanol products includes 32 storage tanks as follows, which are currently built:
Glycol: including two MEG storage tanks, two DEG storage tanks and two TEG storage tanks
LPG: including two propane storage tanks and one butane storage tank
Methanol: including four methanol storage tanks
The continuation of phase one tanks includes 8 methanol tanks and 5 glycol tanks, currently 6 methanol and 3 glycol tanks have been handed over to the EPC contractor for construction and according to the schedule, they will reach the operation stage by the end of 1400.
Regarding handing over two methanol storage tanks and 2 glycol storage tanks, the remaining ones are in the initial stage of handing over to the contractor.
It should be noted that the second phase of Assaluye Petrochemical Green Tanks is related to the products produced in Kian Petrochemical, that according to the beginning of the construction of the aforementioned petrochemical, the initial correspondence for the requirements of the second phase of Assaluye Petrochemical Green Tanks is underway.
Introduction
Assaluye Green Petrochemical Tanks Company was established in August 2013 and registered under the name Amitis Sabz Pars Company (Special Share) under number 410120, and its equipment activities were established with the formation of a new directorate from July 2013 and the name of this company was approved by the assembly meeting. General, 02/21/2013, found in Assaluye Green Tanks Petrochemical.
Again, in February 2019, with the approval of the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting dated 21/11/2019, the name of this company was registered to Sabz Petrochemical Tanks, Assaluye, and the center of Tehran company, Assaluyh, under number 164.
Assaluye Petrochemical Green Tanks Complex as the largest storage plan and petrochemical products in the country with an area of 47 meters in the southeast of Second Petrochemical in the special economic zone of Pars Energy (Assaluye) and in the vicinity of Pars natural terminals and at a distance of 270 kilometers to the south.
Bandar Bushehr is located 570 kilometers west of Bandar Abbas in the Persian Gulf. The main goal of this project is to provide exclusive services for storage and transportation of products produced in the second phase of Assaluye petrochemical projects to the Pars research terminal in order to reach the international markets.
