Farabi Petrochemical Company

Farabi Petrochemical Company was operated in 1356 with the partnership of National Petrochemical Industries of Iran and Japan’s Mitsubishi as one of the first petrochemical companies with the aim of supplying food to the domestic industries of paint and resin, synthetic leather, rubber and plastic. This company was attacked by the enemy several times during the holy defense. One day after the adoption of Resolution 598, the heaviest attack took place, during which 13 honest and hardworking employees of this company were martyred.

In line with the implementation of Article 44 of the Constitution, Farabi Petrochemical was handed over to the private sector as the first petrochemical company, and since the very beginning of the privatization, the honorable employees of this company have tried to localize many of their necessary needs by relying on their internal capabilities and from supply inside the country, so that currently many parts are made and supplied by the internal experts of this company or knowledge-based companies present in Khuzestan province or Bandar Mahshahr city.

This company is proud that after more than 42 years of its existence, it continues to export world-class products to different countries of the world by preserving and maintaining the equipment.
