Badr Petrochemical Complex Company, East Chabahar Free Zone, was established on 08/05/2013 with registration number 1892 and registered in the Chabahar Commercial and Industrial Free Zone Companies Registry with the aim of investing and participating in the implementation and construction of industrial projects, equipment, resources, oil, gas, petrochemical, energy and their exploitation. Carrying out all commercial activities in the field of export and import, supply and distribution, purchase and sale of industrial machinery, raw materials and metal spare parts needed for industry, commerce, agriculture – acceptance of contract management services from including engineering design services, implementation studies and start-up, operation, reconstruction, renovation of units and overall construction of the mentioned industrial, petroleum, petrochemical and energy units – obtaining representation from all individuals, companies and commercial institutions (Iranian and foreign) and granting representation to others Commercial arrangements and obtaining credits, facilities for financial and credit institutions and real persons, creation of independent companies, purchase of shares, regarding investment and cooperation with other commercial and industrial companies, institutions and individuals, obtaining basic approval, establishing and running production units, employing and training the workforce. Homini and the company have been registered in tenders related to the start-up, partial and total repairs of industrial and oil, gas, petrochemical units.
