Laleh Petrochemical Company

The plan to establish Laleh Petrochemical Company on a 12-hectare land with the aim of producing Low Density Poly Ethylene (LDPE) and meeting domestic and export needs was registered on 20/06/1381.

The implementation of this project with an investment of 240 million dollars and 2500 billion rials and with an annual production capacity of 300 thousand tons, was started by a consortium of Sabic, Lorgi and Sazeh companies in 2001.

Laleh Petrochemical Company was opened on a trial basis in 1387 and was put into production in the first half of 1388, and now with full production capacity, it has taken a significant share of the light polyethylene production market. The shareholders are Laleh Petrochemical Company, Maroon Petrochemical Company with 64% of the total shares and Poshine Polymer Industrial Group with 36% of the total shares.
