History of Ghaed Basir Petrochemical Company
Ghaed Basir Petrochemical Production Company was established in 1376 with the aim of building a factory in the field of producing chemical and petrochemical products as a private limited company and was registered with Tehran Companies and Industrial Property Registration Department on 09/26/1376.
The executive operation of the ABS material production plan started with the conclusion of an EPC contract with the Taiwanese company CTCI and the technical knowledge of the KUMHO company from South Korea, from the end of 2019 and was launched in February of 2012, and practically from the second half of 2013, the commercial operation of The complex was started, and after that, the exploitation license for the annual production of 30,000 tons of ABS materials with three work shifts a day and night was obtained from the Ministry of Industries and Mines.
According to the minutes of the extraordinary general meeting dated 10/28/1392, the legal personality of the company was changed from a special share to a public share and through legal procedures dated 11/16/1392, it was registered as a public share company with the Tehran Companies and Industrial Property Registration Department.
With the development of the production unit and the success in producing the new polystyrene product, the company’s operating license was obtained on 13/11/2013 for the annual production of 30,000 tons of ABS products and 6,000 tons of modified polystyrene products and obtained from the General Directorate of Industry, Mining and Trade of Isfahan. became.
The company has been admitted to the Iranian over-the-counter market since 1397/07/24 and 10% of its shares have been publicly offered on 08/15/1397 in this market and the price has been discovered.
Also, on 5/30/1401, this company succeeded in obtaining the approval of knowledge-based production companies from the Vice-Chancellor of Science and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
