Miandoab Petrochemical Complex

The construction of Miandoab Petrochemical Complex started in 2013 on a land of 22 hectares in Miandoab city.

This complex is licensed by Mitsui Company of Japan, 70% of which is owned by Bakhtar Petrochemical Company and 30% by Poshine Methanol.

The exploitation of 16 projects of the second leap of the petrochemical industry is planned for 2019, and Miandoab Petrochemical is the first of these 16 projects that was officially opened today. If these 16 plans are used, the capacity of this industry will reach 90 million tons per year from the current 66 million tons with 35% growth.
